The worship ministry of Haven Baptist Church exists to lead those who attend in a corporate time of focused attention on our common Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We do this in our blended song service, our prayer times, our giving times and our preaching times. Several groups help in this area.

The Worship Choir –
The worship choir is a group of students and adults that rehearse each Wednesday night (August – May) at 7:45PM. This group helps in leading worship every other Sunday morning and presents two musicals each year at Christmas and Easter.

The HBC Praise Team –
The praise team is for those whom God has especially gifted in the areas of instrumental talent and vocal talent. This group provides leadership in all of our Sunday services and rehearses 30-45mins before each service.

The Technology Team –
This techno savvy group helps behind the scenes to make sure the sound in our sanctuary and our visual displays are working properly. This very important group of people helps to ensure and create some freedom in our worship.

Ushers/Greeters –
Our Usher ministry is designed to help first time guests as well as our regular attendees feel welcomed in our service. They greet at the door, help with seating, passing out welcome packets to our guests, and collecting the offering.
